Tanja works primarily with our clients in consumer-oriented and industrial sectors.

She has been with Alumni since 2000, opening our first Öresund office in Malmö at the beginning of 2001 and our Copenhagen office in 2007. She has over fifteen years of international leadership experience from marketing/sales and division management, primarily within Consumer & Retail and Industry segments. Today Tanja focuses on international executive search and board assignments as well as audits and management development.

Prior to joining Alumni, Tanja worked in management positions for, among others, Nobel Industries, Procter & Gamble, and L’Oréal, in different parts of Europe and Asia.
