Malin is a Consultant with primary focus on executive search assignments within financial services, including FinTech, Legal, and Insurance.

Prior to joining Alumni, Malin has several years’ experience of running successful executive search projects. She’s held positions as Head of Search as well as Research Consultant, with key focus on change-management positions in IT, Finance/Legal, Real Estate, and Business Development. In addition, Malin has extensive experience of student consulting and recruitment within Higher Education and has considerable international experience from living abroad and working with partner relations.

Malin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Communication as well as a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Salem State University, USA.
