Lars focuses on CEO and other C-level searches, recruitment of non-executive directors/chairmen and board audits. His main focus is within the industrial and telecom/IT sectors.

Lars acts as an advisor on our complete portfolio of services to senior directors from listed companies, private equity firms, and family-owned businesses. Today his client relationships are also to be found beyond the Nordic region. He acts as personal advisor to a number of CEOs both nationally and internationally and has also established a number of top level networks for executives and board members.

In Alumni’s previous set up he was for many years the chairman of the Nordic partner team. During Alumni’s ownership by Harvey Nash (2007-2022) he was a member of the Group Strategic management team.

Lars joined Alumni in 2001. He participated in the start up of Alumni’s Öresund offices, situated in Copenhagen and Malmö. He was also part of the start-up team for Alumni’s operations in Gothenburg. He brought extensive experience from the international business community, primarily from the telecom industry.

Lars has a degree in management from Lund University in Sweden and a further degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Haas Business School) USA. He is also a former reserve officer in the Swedish special forces.
